In pasture, atop natural rise. Circular area (38m N-S; 36m E-W) defined by earthen bank (int. H 1.1m; ext. H 3.2m); shallow external fosse E->S,another short section surviving to W (D 1.4m), area outside bank to N heavily overgrown. Break in bank to E (Wth 3.5m) blocked by boulders;slight causeway with short passageway beyond. Interior slopes gently down to N; crossed by remains of cultivation ridges; possible souterrain (CO082-075002-) in NW quadrant. Heavily overgrown remains of possible rectangular structure to N of causeway. Ringfort (CO082-076----) visible c. 300m to E.
