The National Monuments Service's description

In rough pasture, on W-facing slope. Circular area (diam. 41m) enclosed by partially collapsed stone wall (H 1.3m; T 2.5m), outer earthen bank (H1.8m) and outer fosse (D 0.7m). Earthen bank stands 2m outside wall; no surface evidence for intervening fosse. Outer fosse reused as drain NNW->ENE; infilled SSE->SW. Possible entrance to SE. Remains of cultivation ridges cross interior on E-W axis.
