The National Monuments Service's description
On small platform, below rocky gorse-grown ridge, on NE slopes of Kilbarry Hill. Row of five stones, one of which is prostrate, aligned NE-SW, c. 9.5m in overall length. NE stone is tallest and 3m distant from others; it measures 1.15m L, 0.65m T and 1.3m H. Next stone is 1m L, 0.6m T and 1.15mH. Third stone, 0.7m to SW, is 0.9m L, 0.7m T and 1.15m H. Fourth stone,0.4m from last, is 0.9m L, 0.6m T and 1.15m H. Fifth stone is prostrate; it measures 2.9m by 1.2m and is 0.3m T. Overall length of erect stones is 7.9m. (O Nualláin 1988, 234, no. 28)
