The National Monuments Service's description

Described by Quinn and Carroll (2010) as ‘isolated hut located on high ground towards E side of the site NW of Megalithic Tomb (RMP CO080-019). This hut consists of a rectangular area defined at the SW and SE by uncoursed dry-stone walling and on the N and NE by natural rock outcrop. The wall is constructed on natural rock. N/S 5.65m, E/W 7.28m, Width of walls 1m, Height 0.9-1m.'
