The National Monuments Service's description

Ruined late 18th century/early 19th century 2-storey house. Roof collapsed, originally hipped; 2-bays deep. Entrance front (S) of 3 bays; central round-headed door, fanlight supported by fluted wooden Doric columns. Named Ballybutler House on 1934 OS 6-inch map.
