The National Monuments Service's description

In October 2016, in the course of renovation works to a house at 20 Stephens's Street, redeposited human skeletal remains were found in a shallow pit underneath a concrete floor of an extension dating to the 20th century. A total of 48 human skeletal fragments were identified from the assemblage representing at least four individuals. While it is uncertain when the remains had been re-deposited, the proximity of the remains to the original St Stephen’s Leper hospital (CO074-045001-) strongly suggests the remains to be medieval in date. This record is for the original location of the burials which is not currently known.
