The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on NW-facing slope overlooking Lee River valley. Indicated on 1842 OS 6-inch map by broken line enclosing semicircular area (diam. c. 40m) on S side of E-W field fence; SW quadrant indicated by broken line on 1904 and 1938 OS 6-inch maps. Arc (C 19.5m) formed by fosse (D 1.1m) survives S->W on S side of E-W field boundary; burial ground (CO071-113001-) in interior. Possible souterrain (CO071-113003-) on N side of field boundary. According to Hartnett (1939, 144) OS 'Name Books say "A small graveyard, within the circle of a fort still traceable"....'. No visible surface trace of remainder of enclosure.
