The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on N-facing slope. Discovered in 1987. Three earth-cut chambers joined by creepways.
Chamber 1: subrectangular (L 2.88m; Wth 1.35m; H 1.2m; long axis N-S); roughly pointed roof; infilled construction shaft at N end; creepway at N end of W wall to 2nd chamber
Chamber 2: roughly oval (L 2.3m; Wth 1.5m; H 1.15m; long axis NE-SW); rounded roof; infilled construction shaft at NE end; creepways in SE wall from chamber 1 and at NE end of NW wall into chamber 3.
Chamber 3: roughly oval (L 2m; Wth 1.25m) with domed roof collapsed at centre where souterrain entered; floor covered in spoil; infilled construction shaft at S end; collapsed original entrance at N end; Creepway from chamber 2 in W wall.
