The National Monuments Service's description
On rough mountain side, on NE-facing slope. Oval area (17.6m E-W; 11.9m N-S) enclosed by stone wall (H 1.1m; Wth 1.36m) WSW->NW; single stones, some of which are contiguous, elsewhere. Wall consists of several boulders along base with smaller stones packed in between and on top. Interior level and grass-covered; small boulder (H 0.4m; 0.89m x 0.95m) c. 5m inside E end of enclosure. Locally known as 'Mike Jack's cahereen' and thought to have 'something to do with rounding up cattle'.
