The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on E-facing slope. Roughly circular raised area (27m E-W; 26m N-S) defined by scarp with internal lip. Second bank (H 1.4m) survives SE->NNE, concentric with scarp and separated from it by intervening fosse; from SW->NNW, this bank divides to form third bank (H 1m) with intervening fosse. Interior slopes down to SE; crossed by remains of cultivation ridges on NW-SE axis; numerous burrows in N quadrant. Field boundary truncates enclosure on E side.
