The National Monuments Service's description
Depicted on 1940 OS 6-inch map as rectangular area (c. 10m NW-SE; c. 8m NE-SW) defined by broken line, adjoining SW side of ruined church (CO069-038001-). In rough grazing. Area partially overgrown but numerous uninscribed gravemarkers noted, concentrated to SSE and WSW.
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
