The National Monuments Service's description
Abandoned late 18th century 2-storey house. Hipped roof with central valley; two off-centre brick chimneys. Entrance front (W) of 5- bays; camber-headed sash windows; central round-headed door ope with fanlight and sidelights incorporated into frame. Two bays deep; S elevation weatherslated. Named Ballyvisteale House on 1935 OS 6-inch map.
