The National Monuments Service's description
Shown as subcircular enclosure marked as 'Burial Ground' on 1842 OS 6-inch map; marked as 'disused' and shown as circular enclosure on 1904 and 1938 OS 6-inch maps. Circular area (diam. c. 25m) enclosed by low bank. Described in 1842 OS Name Books as 'a place where infant children were formerly buried'. Possibly where ogham stone (7961) was found in 1826.
