The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture. Circular area (diam. 28m) defined by earthen bank (H 1.3m) to E, S and W. Field drain, outside and concentric to bank, truncates N side of enclosure. Hartnett (1939, 80) noted material from drain used to construct E-W bank, which now encloses interior to N. Possible souterrain (CO060-035002-) in interior.
