The National Monuments Service's description
In bog, on S side of E-W stream and parallel field fence. Horseshoe-shaped mound of burnt material (L 14m; Wth 18m; H 1.4m); opening (Wth 3.6m) faces N, abutting field fence. Drainage channel cuts through S edge of mound. Small deposit of burnt material noted on N side of stream, possibly continuation of eastern 'arm' of mound.
