The National Monuments Service's description
At foot of rocky knoll on SE-facing slope with extensive outlook over River Laney valley. Large boulder beside monument to S. Comprises wedge-shaped gallery (L 2.4m; Wth 1.55m at W, 0.7m at E end) aligned ENE-WSW, represented by two sidestones to N, three to S and backstone outside gallery walls at E end; surrounded by closely-set outer walling. Gallery is covered by single roof stone. Traces of possible mound to S and W of gallery. Wedge-tomb (6426) stands c. 220m to SSW. (de Valera and O Nualláin 1982, 11-2, Co. 14)
