The National Monuments Service's description

Road bridge (Wth 4.25m; long axis NE-SW) over Sullane River. Three semicircular stone arches of original bridge survive at NE end; dressed voussoirs; low pointed breakwaters. Two wide elliptical concrete arches replace original three or four arches at SW end; this section is wider than original bridge. Three arched overflow channels to SW and four to NE.
