The National Monuments Service's description
In Donickmore House. A small rounded piece of granite (0.18m x 0.16m; H 0.13m) with a circular hollow (diam. 0.65cm; D 2cm) in its upper surface. According to local information, it was found in a field c. 600m to the E of Donickmore House but the precise location is unknown (CO055-068----). Another bullaun stone (vol. 2, no. 5173) which was found in the same field is in the garden of Donickmore House.
