The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, below ridge crest on S-facing slope. Shown as semicircular arc of bank on all eds OS 6-inch map. D-shaped area (diam. c. 30m) enclosed SE->NW by earth and stone bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1m); fosse (D 1m); truncated by road to NE. Interior slopes to S, overgrown with gorse.
