The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture on SSW-facing slope; truncated by field fence to NE. D-shaped, slightly raised area (31m E-W) enclosed NE->NNW by dumped stone bank (H 0.6m). Breaks in bank to NE (probably entrance), SSE and WSW. Interior slopes gently to SSW.
