The National Monuments Service's description
Noted in report by Land Purcell Archaeology (30th January 2012, re: planning reference no 10/08418) identified this as one of two 'unplanted areas in the forestry known as children's burial grounds ... known as Leaba na Linne'. This is 'Area A' described as 'a D-shaped unplanted area (30m x 30m) of rough, undulating ground covered with a thick growth of heavy grass. There are no features, such as grave-markers, indicating burials and there was no evidence for an enclosing element.'
