The National Monuments Service's description
In marshy ground at base of S-facing slope, c. 70m SW of ringfort (CO053-033---). Much disturbed mound of burnt material (13m N-S; 14m E-W). Dug-out material from S end of mound piled up on N side. Five stone slabs (max. dims. L 1.15m; Wth 0.7m; T 0.35m), two of which show evidence of burning, lie on grey ash-like deposit across middle of dug-out area.
