The National Monuments Service's description
Hartnett (1939, 200) was informed locally that 'quadrangular enclosure' adjoining house to E was 'an old burial ground'. Landowner came across 'small stone wall about 10ft below surface' which he believed to be 'a grave enclosure' (ibid.). It is locally said that those killed in a faction fight are buried here. No visible surface trace of burials.
