The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on ESE-facing slope. Roughly circular area (40m N-S; 36m E-W) enclosed by stone-faced earthen bank (H 1.8m). Bank and stone facing best preserved SE->NNW, where incorporated into field fence system. Most substantial portion, SE->SW, forms part of townland boundary, with shallow internal fosse (Wth 1.5m). Gap in bank to NNW.
