The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on E-facing slope. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m) on 1842, 1904 and 1935 OS 6-inch maps. Arc formed by earthen, stone-faced, bank NW->NE. Bank incorporated into field fence system; stone slab (L 4.5m) thrown up against inner bank face to N. Levelled section of enclosure visible as slightly raised circular area (diam. c. 30m) in field to S of arc. Possible souterrain (8989) in interior. According to landowner, levelled many years ago. Ringfort (8162) 50m to E in adjoining field. Broker (1937, 46) describes them both as of 'average size' with 'double fence'.
