The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on SE-facing slope, at foot of SE side of Claragh Mountain. Circular area (34m E-W; 32m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.2m) W->NE, with shallow external fosse (max. D 0.6m) WNW->NNE; bank levelled NE->E and SW->W, surviving as low rise (max. H 0.6m); scarp (max. H 2m) E->SW. Interior raised on SE side to compensate for hillslope; possible souterrain (CO048-015002-). Field fence to NW curves to respect enclosure. Ringfort (CO048-016----) lies c. 40m to NNE.
