The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on a gentle E-facing slope. A circular area (23m E-W; 21m N-S) enclosed by a low bank (Wth 2.3m; int. H 0.15-0.3m; ext. H 0.36-0.44m). The field boundary to the N curves to respect the line of the possible rath. This is the most southerly of five close-set possible raths (CO045-130001-, CO045-130002-, CO045-130003-, CO045-130004-) aligned roughly N-S. It is marked with the symbol for 'Danish Fort' on Bateman map 50, 1716-17.
