The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture below crest of ridge, on natural break in W-facing slope. Circular area (42.8m N-S; 39m E-W) defined by earthen bank (H 2.4m); fosse (D 0.5m) N->S, recently filled with stones. Gap in bank to WSW. Remains of collapsed limekiln in bank to SSW. Interior slopes gently E-W.
