The National Monuments Service's description

Condon (1916, 69, No. 28) recorded stone '51 inches high, 80 inches broad, and 5 inches thick', in this townland. He located it in '....the third field' from pair of standing stones (6562). Grove-White (1905-25, vol.1, 329) located the same stones '....in the second field to the SW of Lissard stone circle (6448) and about 300 yards distant'. Exact location cannot be determined, not known locally.
