In SE quadrant of ringfort (CO042-06201-). Coleman (1947, 72) noted 'in the east side of the enclosure are two large sandstone slabs, each about 5 ft by 4 ft. One rests against the rampart, the other on the ground. The only local information available was that souterrains in the forts were filled in years ago'. Large sandstone slab (L 1.45m; Wth 1.4m), probably one of the two mentioned by Coleman, probably indicates position of souterrain.
