The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on SW-facing slope c. 90m N of Fiddane stream. Roughly circular area (44.5m N-S; 38.8m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.3m; ext. H 1.4m). External fosse survives to N as slight depression at base of bank. Bank incorporated into roadside fence to W and into field fence system to N where some stone facing exists externally. Break in bank to NE (Wth 1m), ESE (Wth 1m) and S (Wth 1.2m). Interior raised on S side to compensate for hillslope.
