The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on E side of Glen River valley, standing amongst collection of randomly lying stones and boulders. Stone (H 1.83m; 0.75m x 0.57m) is rectangular in plan, long axis NNE-SSW. Probably same stone as that referred to by both Condon (1916, 149) and Bowman (1934, 332), although Bowman (ibid.) places it incorrectly in adjoining townland of Derrygowna.
