The National Monuments Service's description
Broker (1937, 16) recorded a fulacht fiadh on Tom Riordan's farm'....partially removed for passage, circle 15 feet across, 3 feet high'. Exact location not known. One of three fulachta fiadh on this farm (7779; 7780).
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
