The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, atop ridge on gentle SE-facing slope. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 22m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map; as hachured circular raised area on 1905 and 1935 OS 6-inch maps. Circular area (30m N-S) raised c. 0.4m above surrounding field level. Circular enclosure visible as cropmark of bank and external fosse in aerial photograph (GSIAP, W418). Ringfort (CO035-001---) c. 40m to SW.
