The National Monuments Service's description

In forestry, on hilltop. Hill named 'Corran' on 1842 and 1905 OS 6-inch maps although cairn not shown; cairn shown on 1935 OS 6-inch map as circular area (diam. c. 20m) defined by circle of dots with triangulation point in centre. Roughly circular cairn (17.5m N-S; 18.5m E-W; H 1.5m), disturbed on E side.
