The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on gentle S-facing slope which falls steeply c. 30m beyond site down to River Blackwater. Circular saucer-shaped area (c. 27m N-S) defined by low scarp, with external depression (D 0.1m) to ESE and NW. According to local information circular feature visible in field when ploughed. Possible souterrain (CO033-109---) in interior.
