Cropmark of fosse of circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m) visible in aerial photograph (CASAP, July 1989); interior noted as dark cropmark in contrast to surrounding field. Area of site shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map as triangle planted with deciduous trees and on 1905 OS 6-inch map as semicircle of four deciduous trees in corner of field. Indicated on 1936 OS 6-inch map by semicircular dotted line in corner of field line with tree-planted interior. Possible circular enclosure (13691) c. 80m to NW in same field.
