The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on a gentle W-facing slope. This possible standing stone (0.8m x 0.6m; H 0.65m) is orientated E-W and is one of two 'dallans' (see CO032-167----) recorded by Bowman (2000, 14) in 'Mrs. O'Brien's' in Kilroe, being '25 yards [20m] apart. Orientation, N.E. and S.W.' Bowman (ibid.) describes this standing stone as '(b) 2'10" [0.86m] by 6'7" [2m] in girth.' A fulacht fia (CO032-166----) lies c. 24m to the W.
