The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on gentle N-facing slope. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 25m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Levelled; differential growth indicates line of levelled bank enclosing circular area (c. 27m E-W). Circular enclosure visible as soilmark of bank in aerial photograph (GSIAP, W407). Recorded by Bowman (1934, 67) as levelled single-ramparted fort (diam. c. 28yd) on W. O'Keeffe's land.
