The National Monuments Service's description

Bowman (1934, 352) recorded church site and burial ground in John Bourke's land, in field called 'The killeens...The actual site of the church is still discernible - being marked by grass covered mounds - and measure 26 feet by 19 feet. No sign of graves are now to be seen'. Two fields c. 400m S of Boolymore House known as 'Upper Killeen' and 'Lower Killeen'. No visible surface trace of church or burial ground here.
