The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on break in SW-facing slope. Circular area (34m E-W), with NE quadrant cut off from remainder by field boundary. Interior enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.94m; ext. H 1.3m) SE->N with external fosse (D 0.6m); levelled N->SE but visible as soilmark in ploughed field. Break (Wth 11m) in bank to W where slight external scarp remains and fosse infilled. Cattle-gap (Wth 1m) to SE. Interior saucer-shaped and slightly raised.
