The National Monuments Service's description

In farmland, on gentle E-facing slope, within Castle Cooke demesne. Trapezoidal graveyard (c. 25m E-W; c. 40m N-S) enclosed by stone-faced earthen bank; gate, with stone-built piers, near W end of N side. Interior partially overgrown, planted with mature trees. Ruin of private church (14706) to N of centre. Contains only a few headstones, the earliest dated 1842, and a burial vault, all connected with Cooke Collis family of nearby Castle Cooke (14867).
