The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on break in SSW-facing slope. Depicted as hachured nearly circular enclosure on 1842 OS 6-inch map; bank hachured NW->SE and remainder incorporated into field boundary system on 1906 and 1934 OS 6-inch maps. Levelled; slightly raised circular area (28m E-W) defined by shallow depression to W, N and E. Field boundary to S may incorporate remains of bank; deep drain dug along S side of fence.
