The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on gentle W-facing slope. Circular area (33m N-S; 32m E-W) enclosed by two earthen banks with intervening fosse. Inner bank (int. H 0.8m) survives best NNE->SSW; lower elsewhere with inner face surviving as slight internal lip. Intervening fosse V-shaped in profile. Outer bank (H 0.8m) incorporated into field fence system NW->NE; berm (Wth 0.75m) along inner face of bank NE->NW. Causewayed break in inner and outer bank to NNE; staggered. Causewayed entrance (Wth through inner bank 3.6m; through outer bank 4.2m) to SSW. Grass-covered interior slopes down to SW.
