The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on gentle E-facing slope. Circular area (40m N-S; 36m E-W) enclosed by heavily overgrown earth and stone bank (max. int. H 2.3m; max. ext. H 2.4m); external fosse (D 0.7m) to N, S and W. Bank incorporated into field fence system on E side. Fosse, bank and interior quarried into on WNW side. Causewayed entrance (Wth 9m) to NW. Interior slopes down gently to NE; E half overgrown with briars. Second ringfort (CO026-06502-) immediately to SSW; two fosses separated by bank of earth. Small circular feature hachured in interior on 1842 OS 6-inch map.
