The National Monuments Service's description

Within W side of enclosure (10816). Grass-covered horseshoe-shaped mound (16m N-S; 13m E-W; H c. 0.65m); opening (Wth 4m) faces W. Mound composed of charcoal-enriched soil though no burnt stones observed. Shape of mound characteristic of fulacht fiadh.
