The National Monuments Service's description
In tillage, on gentle SSE-facing slope. Depicted as hachured D-shaped enclosure (dims. c. 30m N-S) on 1842 OS 6-inch map, W side linear. Levelled; mature crop in field; no visible surface trace of site noted. Bivallate circular enclosure visible as cropmark of fosses in aerial photograph (CASAP); external fosse slightly linear on W side; possible entrance to N. Field systems (CO024-235---) visible as cropmarks in surrounding and adjoining fields.
