The National Monuments Service's description
Cruciform church (long axis NE-SW with transepts at NE end), of random-rubble limestone construction with quoins. According to local information, built in 1878 to replace earlier church which is shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Slim pointed windows; porch entrance at SW end of nave, door opes in end wall of transepts. Sacristy between chancel and NW transept with later addition attached. SE transept has corner buttresses, bellcote atop gable. Fine timber roof supported by corbels, galleries in transepts. Roadside wall enclosing churchyard to SE with iron hitching-rings along external wall.
