The National Monuments Service's description
In tillage, on N-facing slope. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Levelled; slight rise visible in area of site. Circular enclosure visible as cropmark of bank and external fosse in aerial photograph (CUCAP; AYQ 6). Probably one of two forts recorded by Bowman (1934, 410) as levelled on Mr Cronin's land. The fields; named 'Parc a daingin', in which the forts are situated 'have been ploughed many times' and 'no signs now remains' (ibid.).
