In pasture, on SE-facing slope. Bowman (1934, 460-6) records 'stone alignment', aligned E-W, comprising five stones; only one was standing. Westernmost, recumbent, measured 8ft 2in by 4ft 10in by 2ft 9in; second, 5ft 10in from last, was 5ft 8in by 4ft 4in x 2ft 2in, inclining; third, 3ft 10in from last, was 4ft 2in by 2ft 9in by c. 1ft, fallen; fourth, 3ft 8in from third, was 4ft 3in by 3ft 10in by 1ft 4in, inclining; fifth, 4ft from last, was 3ft 1in by 2ft 1in by 1ft 8in, standing. Another recumbent stone (4ft 1in by 1ft 2in by c. 11in) was 4ft S of fourth stone. Stones were removed in 1960s or 1970s. Local informant recalled arrangement of three stones. Exact nature of site uncertain.
